You want a party that flows smoothly and keeps every child engaged. I bring music, optional games and a fun, age-appropriate atmosphere that works for toddlers, big kids and teens alike.

Your day, your way

I’ll work with you directly to plan the music, the level of interaction and anything specific you’d like — and I’ll avoid anything you don’t want.

Younger ones (4-7)

This age group loves energy, colour and freedom to play. I keep things simple with clean, age-appropriate music and all their favourite songs. They usually entertain themselves naturally — dancing, running around, singing, playing with balloons and just enjoying the moment.

If you’d like me to run a few simple games (musical chairs, statues, limbo) or include nursery rhymes, I’m happy to — but it’s never forced.

Older ones (8-11)

This group enjoys participation and the social side of events. They like a mix of party games, dancing, singing along to their favourites and just being around their friends.

I keep the music clean and age-appropriate, with a blend of dance-floor favourites, sing-alongs and the most popular participation tracks.

Teenagers (12-17)

A totally different vibe. Teens prefer a more grown-up, music-focused approach with no uncomfortable microphone interaction.

They love trending hits, throwbacks, mash-ups and anything with a bit of attitude.

No participation dances unless it’s specifically requested — they’d rather feel like they’re at a mini version of a real event. I follow their lead and keep the atmosphere fun without embarrassing anyone.

Safeguarding

If children aren’t being accompanied by their parents, make sure your adult-to-child ratio is appropriate and that you have trusted volunteers supervising.

You will need at least:

1 adult per 6 children (ages 4–7)

1 adult per 8 children (ages 8–11)

1 adult per 10 children (ages 12–17)

I use the microphone for announcements, transitions and guiding games when requested.

Interaction always matches the group dynamic — no forced games or over-the-top hosting.

🧒 Age-Appropriate Games/ Interaction

For smaller parties: musical chairs, limbo, simple games if requested.

For larger groups: music-focused party unless games are specifically requested.

🎵 Song Requests

Kids can ask for their favourite songs at any time. I try to play requests in the order I receive them (as long as the tracks are clean!) — though I can’t guarantee every single one if I get too many.
