Audio Hire Packages
Each package comes with professional setup and on-site support. My time is charged at £100 per hour, and the bigger packages include extra equipment to suit longer or more demanding events.
Basic Speech Package – £200
Ideal for small meetings, workshops, community events or intimate gatherings where a single speaker or presenter needs clear, reliable audio.
Includes one professional PA speaker, a wireless handheld microphone, delivery, setup before guests arrive, on-site support during the speech/presentation, and pack-down afterwards.
Standard Event Package – £300
Perfect for wedding speeches, hotel events, small receptions, product demonstrations and corporate rooms that need wider coverage or more flexibility.
Includes two professional PA speakers, 2 wireless handheld microphones, delivery, full setup before your event begins, on-site support for the duration of the speeches or presentations, and pack-down afterwards.
Premium Support Package – from £400
Designed for award evenings, larger conference rooms, outdoor gatherings, multi-presenter events or any situation where consistent on-site technical supervision is essential.
Includes a complete audio setup tailored to your venue (up to two speakers, wireless handheld microphones, optional music playback, delivery, full setup before guests arrive, continuous on-site audio management throughout the event, and pack-down once everything has finished.
